    First, I do not claim to be a "audiophile," but I do know what I like from a sound system. I had been looking at a new HT for quite a while. I looked at Bose and other top name manufacturers. I had an Onkyo 7.1 HTIB before I purchased my new HT. No complaints about the Onkyo except the speakers were very intrusive, very! So my wife and I wanted something smaller.     Monegro; Yo compre 12-5-11 Sony 2011 str 820 3D av Home theare reciver lo conecte y es extraordinario tienes funciones, que yo desconocia coneccion de ipod, iphone y muchos mas el manual le dira, pero si usted no tiene conocimientos en las coneciones busque ayuda poque en verdad todas sus funciones las haces.     Reading the reviews about Sony's STRD820 7.2 3D AV receiver on Amazon, some good some bad but mainly good, so I decieded to check it out for myself. Let me tell you, this receiver has it all, and the price is right.     do not buy this av system there is a 7.2 version available if you can find it on amazon it was sort of hidden behind the pages if you look for this model and get it new you will not be disapointed it does everything four HDMI inputs 1 out you need a tv with arc like the brAVIA OR MY PANASONIC VIEARA SMART TV HOWEVER i belive you can use hdmi out with the optical lead plays any format i think it cost me £270.95 dont know its there but its not obvious my product arrived Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

    This is a great buy! It has a very simple setup and works great! You won't be disappointed with this purchase. If your devices that you hook up are not able to be controlled via HDMI, then you will need to be sure to disable that in the settings. My TV was displaying the wrong colors until I disabled it, now it's fantastic. Auto calibrations feature works fine, but manual setup provides better sound overall. Great sound! Lots of features!
