    I had to send the first model back because it wouldn't reverse. There was no problem with returning it and the replacement was delivered almost immediately after - well done Amazon (and the supplier) As far as using this tool is concerned, it's certainly more convenient and easier on the arms than my hefty Black and Decker 12V tool, but it cannot quite deal with heavy jobs such as driving 75 mm decking screws in.
