    Excellent recorder, I would only add that if you are recording a concert or music that the two microphones do not really produce a stereo image. This is because the mics are "omnis", and omnis need to be spaced farther apart to produce a stereo sound field.     I also have a couple of this recorder's cousin, the PCM-D50. I wanted something a little smaller and the M10 is about 1/2 the size. It also has a built-in speaker which I like. It's not as versatile as the D50, but in some ways it's more convenient and portable. And much cheaper. I also like the fact that it can take a song and transpose the it into different keys as well as slow down licks you may wish to learn. Great device! Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

    Use it for field interviews and ambient sound recording. Easy to use - great sound, but speaker is next to useless, although this seems typical for this level of recorder. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

    This thing is awesome. I carry it with me all the time. As a musician, it is essential. My band mates are constantly amazed at the sound quality when I send them recordings of our rehearsals and performances. They have similar devices, but the consensus is that this is the best available anywhere near this price range. For a device that's so feature-rich, it's really easy to use.
