    I had previously bought a FUJI finepix camera for a trip where charging a battery wasn't an option. It lived up to the marketing and survived the 5 day hiking trip with battery to spare. Wanting to upgrade, I bought the Sony DSCWX7 and am disappointed by the fact that it has SUCH a short battery life.
