   I use the gorillapod for my flipcam. It's handy to set up anywhere and holds sturdy even in wind gusts. I would buy another one for my camera or other video accessories in a heartbeat. It's not the easiest thing to store, but it's flexible enough that you can fit it in most bags. Overall, I would highly recommend the product to anyone. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   • While it seems to be made solidly, I would like an option of more sturdy parts.

   i have had this gadget for awhile now and i love it. it is a great idea and i originally brought it to take on holiday to paris to be able to take night scene pictures and it worked brilliantly and i got some perfect pictures of the night sky from the top of the eiffel tower. it has three very bendy legs that are very stable and hardy. there is a small head attachment that screws into the bottom of your camera to keep it secured.    I had never heard of the Joby Gorillapod until I received one as a gift for my birthday earlier this year. It's a unique model of tripod, with all 3 legs constructed of 10 portions, each joined to the next by a ball and socket joint. This means they are fully pose-able and have a great degree of movement in all directions.    This is such a great little gadget. I've used it to get all sorts of shots that would have been tricky or impossible with a regular tripod. I find it particularly handy for macro work on a tabletop.<br /><br />The only downside is that it will only hold up a compact camera. I tried it with an SLR and it wobbled like a weeble (but it didn't fall down). So I bought a Gorillapod SLR Zoom and I'm happy again. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   Fantastiskt liten stativ ! Jag använder den med Joby Gorillapod Ball Head och den kombinationen är oslagbar när det kommer till portabiliteten och flexibiliteten ! Det finns alltid nåt man kan fästa det här runt och kvaliteten är riktig bra för pengarna.
