The Canon EF 135mm f/2 USM L is a superb lens with outstanding performance figures in all aspects except maybe vignetting at the max. aperture setting (f/2). The mechanical construction is up to pro standards and the AF is as fast as it gets in EOS land. All-in-all a lens that truly deserves the Canon L designation. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
The Canon EF 135 mm f/2.0L USM was launched in April 1996 so dating back to an era by and large completely dominated by analogue photography. Despite the fact that 15 years passed by from its launch it is still considered to be one of the most interesting and best lenses in the whole Canon line-up. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
A lens of this nature is a reasonably specialised piece of kit. It’s speed, both light gathering and focussing, make it ideal for indoor sport and event work. It also scores highly if you want portraits with OOF backgrounds where the focal length is near perfect. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
Canon EF 135mm f/2L USM is a very solid lens with outstanding overall performance on both APS-C and full-frame cameras. Some vignetting with a full-frame body at wide open apertures and occasional purple fringing are things to be aware of here. Another point to consider is the price - at US$900 this is not the most expensive prime lens on the market but is not a bargain either. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

Great however (just like 85 L) I would add that the lens has some back-front focusing issues. I have a it on a Canon 5D and sometimes pictures are totally out of focus. My Canon 28-70 or 17-40 never had this kind of problem...Any suggestion? I have a few examles at www.usafromabove.com Furthermore, it is a heavy lens!!! Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
Typiska 135-bilder: http://www.runpix.fotosidan.se/viewpic.htm?ID=2357698 http://www.runpix.fotosidan.se/viewpic.htm? Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
Got this lens today... It is amazing...! I used to own a Canon EF 85mm USM F/1.8 for portraits but I did not like all that color fringe that shows up in the photos taken by this 85mm F/1.8. Sold it and bought this 135mm based on reviews I read and the laboratory test done by PhotoZone.... They say that this is the best lens Canon has ever made and I BELIEVE SO. Posted a photo of three colorful pickle bottles taken in my kitchen just for fun and it came out wonderfully. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

This is one of the best portrait lenses I have ever used. I t is a staple in my bag for every shoot. If you shoot sports inside then this is a must have as it is fast and razor sharp wide open. Add to that the price and it is a killer deal! Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
