   Nikon har originalmakroobjektiv på 200, 105, 85 och 60 mm, och dessa kompletteras nu med ett femte på 40 mm. Det är ett DX-objektiv som bara kan användas på kameror med APS-C-sensor. Omräknat motsvarar brännvidden 60 mm. Det nya objektivet fokuserar till en återgivning på 1:1 med en ljudlös fokusmotor. På sidan av objektivet sitter två knappar.    Ha tidigare haft ett tokina 35mm f/2.8 med makrofunktion. Till skillnad från att nikons objektiv är ca 1000 kr billigare än tokinas så är resultatet hos nikon förvånansvärt positiv. Bilderna som togs blev jätteskarpa och med samma stora bländare f/2.8 precis som tokinas blev bilderna väldigt ljusstarka också. det som gör att jag drar ner en stjärna är att den tyvärr inte ha lika fast avstånd som tokinas 35mm, som jag behöver och är kräsen för.
