   If you have read the entire review and downloaded some of the full-resolution samples provided, you will probably agree that the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 16-35mm f/4G ED VR is a very fine lens. In the optical department, the only serious flaw is the amount of barrel distortion at the 16mm end, which is surprising even for an ultrawide zoom.    Objektivet känns mycket gediget och matchar min D700:a perfekt. Påminner väldigt mycket om 24-70 både då det gäller kontrast, färgåtergivning, skärpa, storlek men även utförande, något lite plastigare på sina ställen, (inget man direkt ser utan man måste knacka lite lätt på det för att märka).    I recently switched to the full frame Nikon D700 camera, and wanted a really good and versatile wide angle zoom lens. I researched this lens on 3-4 different lens review sites, and because the reviews were quite good, I decided to buy it. I can confirm that this lens is as good if not better than the reviews I read. 4. Horrible Lens, overpriced like all Nikkor Lenses

   I got this lens for Rig shots and it was horrible. With VR turned off or on, all the shots experience an insane amount of distortion, even at 35mm at 20ft out. I did not experience this with other UWA Nikkor lenses, just this one. Lens is also insanely heavy, way too heavy to mount to a D700 and Rig. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
