   The Canon Speedlite 220EX Flash does not tilt, does not swivel, is not powerful, is not compatible with Canon's wireless remote system, has almost no settings available, provides only limited AF assistance, has no manual mode, covers only 28mm or longer focal lengths (FOVCF included) and does not zoom.    I purchased this item from Amazon for my Powershot S5IS two months back. The purpose of my going for this is to substitute the use of the built-in flash in case I resort to use the Wide Angle Lense attachment. This extenal flash works considerably well for this purpose. Remember I used the word " Substitute ". It is, because the EFFECTIVE RANGE of this flash is little farther than the built-in flash. The maximum range of the built-in flash is 17ft.    I would recommend this Flash for beginners and intermediate users. Many EOS cameras now incorporate a small flash head into the top of the camera attached which is often sufficient enough for most tasks. But if you are feeling that your options are becoming a bit limited then using this Flash gun is not a bad place to start for EOS users.    This is a good quality product that offers good value for money in the very short term. Although as with most products of this type, the value will deteriorate over time and should be able to get a cheaper version next year. It's a great device with plenty of features that I would highly recommend. This really is a wonderful piece of kit that should go well with many accessories because it really looks good. 4. Just the right flash unit for Canon G9

   Perfekt på till exempel Canon G9. Liten och nätt, dock ej vridbar. Man får vad man betalar för. Jag skulle dock ALDRIG köpa den i Sverige för av någon anledning så är den svindyr här. Jag betalade 710 kr för min i USA. (Andra saker är inte så mycket billigare.) Kostar den 1700 kr som i Sverige så välj en 380EX om du kan stå ut med storleken. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi
