   When you first open the pouch the flash comes in (which is good quality) you will be pleasantly surprised! The flash, although incredibly plasticy, feels relatively sturdy! On inserting a set of batteries and pressing test, you will get a nice, high powered flash of light to greet you!    There are many things that separate a professional photographer from an amateur photographer, there is usually a big difference in the equipment they will use, there is quite often a determination and the will to go the extra mile to get the best photo for the professional as they are being paid for their work, there is of course experience but over and above all of those is that a professional photographer like myself will understand light and know how to get the best Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   • Looks good, well built, fully TTL, wireless capabillity, tilts and swivels and I could go on.
   • May seem expensive to some but other than that nothing.

3. Very poor operation manual

   In manual page 55, the flash can use as a slave flash. It will control by another flash. In the manaul does not tell you what kind setiing. I try defferent seting but it didnt working. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   I've used the HVL-F42am for quiet some time now and I am starting to play with off-camera lighting with small flash unit. Decided to get this flash for it's capability of acting as a master control unit to utilize my F42 as a slave. I also do on-camera lighting for family events which I love bouncing light all over the place... All I have to say is WOW!! I think this is the most flexible flash out there.
