   not a tech guy, our old d680 crapped out so i got this base on price and reviews. probably only make 3 copies, receive 5 faxes (mostly junk) probably avg 10 pages print per day it can print 2 sides, it can scan 2 sides additional Paper trays can be added. email to fax capable. what i don't like is when using the Multi purpose paper tray, i have to manually switch bwt envelops and regular copy paper, meaning i have to press buttons on the machine.    When the printer works, its great. But it gives a person a hard time printing labels or envelope. The machine beeps and asks you to stick an envelope in, choose the non-existent envelope setting, and refuses to print it, same issue with labels. I can choose foolscap paper but not an envelope in the settings, believe it or not. Sadly, I have to resort to a $25 ink jet printer that does a better job for envelopes.    • too complex to fix any issues, can't print envelopes or labels without a headache, easy functions made complicated

   Although the machine is a great asset to small business, it does have at least one issue that I've found so far. The Avery 5202 labels do not seem to print from it. We are in the process of purchasing full sheets of labels to remedy this. Canon tech support was unable to help me with this issue, their recommendation was also to try the full sheets of labels.
