    My work installed these and many employees are complaining of eye strain and headaches. After 1 hour of visual torture, I asked IT to return my old 18" CCFL-backlit monitors. I looked at ten examples of this monitor. They all flicker when the brightness is reduced. Unacceptable design. This is a 20-year step backwards to the days of 60 Hz CRTs.
