   Video Playback: Video playback on the GoGear Vibe is more of a bonus novelty than a serious feature. The video clips that play back on the GoGear are low in resolution and quality, so video playback is best suited for the occasional quick clip but not for serious viewing.    Philips GoGear Vibe may not be as good as iPod and we think it was not made to compete directly with the Apple’s product anyways. Still, this is a really affordable (just $50) MP3 player and gives the Shuffle a good for the money. In terms of the design, the player looks pretty attractive.    Purchased the Philips GoGear mp3 player for simple, recreational/relaxation tunes. I wanted an easy to use, attractive device not overly loaded with features I would pay for but never use. This one is easy to set up; easy to download songs; easy to operate. Every bit the bargain I hoped for. This is my third mp3 player (I seem to go through them with outdoor activites).    First off let me start by stating Im reviewing this MP3 player just off its music playing features. I have not yet used the video features, and probably wont. I was looking for a music player to use while I ran, worked out, and didnt want to spend a lot. After reaearch I went with this product. Pros: 1.    My mother loves music but doesn't have a computer - what to do? Seeing as media is moving toward downloads and itunes and because my mother is forever buying CD albums for only one song I thought I'd purchase an MP3 player and some speakers, load it up with hundreds of songs and keep her happy and singing!    • no external memory drive, time consuming to scroll through lots of songs
