   I bought this freezer in Oct 2008 and within 6 months the door had to be replaced as it wasn't sealing properly and kept icing up. Now 3 years later it has packed in completely.    At first I thought it was the noisiest freezer in the world, but once it reached it's operating temperature it's not too bad. No worse than others I've had. My bad on the colour, though - had thought silver was the same as stainless steel....... Oooops...... All in all, it's big and it works and it does not look offensive. You could do a lot worse.    I bought this purely on the price, there was no other freezer of a comparable size this cheap. However, in 2 months 2 of the plastic compartment flap hinges snapped off because their build quality is so poor.    I bought this freezer and got it returned within 7 days because of it poor perfomance. Indesit products are great but this particular freezer did not meet my lowest expectation.
