   Vad som gör Shogun 2 och Total war-serien speciell är utan tvekan mångsidigheten i de olika momenten. Få spel lyckas kombinera två genrer som båda är förknippade med den här sortens komplexitet på ett lika framgångsrikt sätt. De lyckas utomordentligt med att binda ihop de olika delarna och samtidigt rama in den japanska kulturen i spelmekaniken.    Strategigenren blir knappast mer historiskt korrekt än Total war. Utvecklarna Creative assembly har alltid haft ett särskilt öga för detaljer, samtidigt som de försöker balansera realism och spelbarhet utan att det blir för komplicerat.    Shogun 2 is one of the most polished Total War releases, it's perfected the evolution of the series that Empire started, and progresses past that game by miles. Creative Assembly and their fans would be the first to admit that the company had their hands too full with Empire with too many new features that were not implemented effectively.    if you have a slow internet connection, don't buy this game! I ordered the game 3 1/2 weeks ago. It took a week to get here (afghanistan) it requires a steam account, and gigs worth of updates... 2 1/2 weeks of downloading at 20ish kb/s and internet cut outs... i just wanted to stick the CD in my comp, install and play... anyone remember those days?    * Till skillnad från föregående spel är detta svårt på svåraste nivån, vilket är bra. * Saknar lite i diplomatin, både i UI och valmöjligheter. * Inte lika lättöverskådlig UI överlag som har funnits tidigare. * AIn i slag är fortfarande inte helt perfekt och ofta korkad mot t.ex. pilbågsskyttar. * Det går att "finta" AIn ganska lätt, dvs lura bort dennes arméer från dess städer.    I've been playing Total war games since Medieval 1 and let me say that this is my favorite yet.    This game was full of action and suspense. The game was certainly a great gaming experience for me. It kept me on the edge of my bed constantly playing it all hours of the day.
