   I purchased this for my son on his 6th birthday. I must say that I have not purchased or played a nintendo handheld video game since the gameboy, and this is really nice. The screens are pretty good size and the battery seems to hold up decent as of now. The games keep him busy and having fun for a long time. The only downside I noticed is how easy the screen scrathes. I would recommend this for any child or adult looking to have some fun. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   As the previous owner of a rather pink DS lite, i thought it might be time to upgrade to something a bit less old hat. But i just wasn't convinced enough by the 3DS to want to shell out the money for it - judging by the reviews of the 3D screen, it sounds a bit like forking out for the pleasure of a migraine. So it was the DSI XL for me, in that gorgeous and classy wine red colour. I guess i'm a bit too old for pink these days... Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   • Looks great, cameras, motion sensors, new stylus, no migraines
   • No gameboy advance slot, cant play the new 3DS games on them

   Having already owned a DS Lite, I decided to upgrade to DSi XL and I'm very glad I did this. I particularly liked the big screen, and battery life is surprisingly very good despite the bigger screen.<br /><br />Another good thing with the bigger screen is that it's easier to read websites on the internet (access to wi-fi required).    The Good: Bigger, faster hardware, new DSiWare software is intuitive, pre-installed Brain Age games, bigger stylus, decent cameras, better speakers The Bad: May be too big for some, the browser sucks, cameras could have been better, no GBA slot, can't save games to SD slot, only comes in two colors Nintendo is known for making several iteration of their handheld systems and the DS is no exception.
