   Odin Sphere släpptes under 2007 i Japan, som vanligt kommer senare till oss i väst. Kanske är det positivt den här gången. En smal japansk titel till Sonys andra konsol hade antagligen försvunnit i höstens lavin av storspel.    With so many RPG games being released over the years with a gripping story or brilliant graphics, Odin Sphere is one of those games that look really stylish and features simple 2D hand drawn characters which all looks well done. The main story of Odin Sphere is split into a series of five books, read by a little girl in an attic.    Odin Sphere is a great-looking game that also plays well. It does suffer somewhat from uneven performance and inelegant design, but it's still an undeniably enjoyable game. If you aren't hooked by Odin Sphere's unique visual style, then you'll be grabbed by its classic sentimentality and tough-as-nails difficulty.    I purchases this game on the PS3 online store based on excellent reviews here and elsewhere. I was very surprised to discover that the game was basically a mediocre side-scrolling brawler with a couple weird elements tacked on (planting, alchemy). The art is very good, but the plot is really a train-wreck that is only entertaining in an MST3K sort of way.    • It's a great game, it's beautiful and highly detailed. It comes with english and orginal japanese. It's challenging, but really worth the effort and has a great story.
   • Slow downs during high action scenes, and had long loading times
