   I did a lot of comparison shopping before buying this SSD, I thought they had the best reliability or just came with a great warranty. I got a deal on it; Bestbuy price matched it for something like $120. The software was straight forward and installation was fast and easy. I was immediately impressed with how much faster my laptop was running and the extended life of my battery. I put it in an Acer Aspire 4730Z, Windows 7 - 32 bit, with 4GB Ram.    Förord En formatering utav datorn har länge varit på schemat för mig, men tankarna har alltid lika snabbt som dom kom, blivit avslutade pga att jag inte har en extra hårddisk där jag kunnat lägga över allt jag vill spara på och sen eventuellt även säkerhetskopiera till. Sen har även funderingarna på en SSD hårddisk varit stora ända sen dom kom men priset har pga den revolutionerande nya tekniken varit på tok för högt, men min lillebror skaffade en sån och går aldrig...    The drive was super fast when I installed it. The installation was quick and simple with the Acronis software that came with it to clone my existing hard drive. Those are not the problems. The problem is this model has a serious firmware issue known as the "8MB bug" where suddenly the drive will malfunction and in an instant erase all of your data!    This is my third Intel SSD, and it works well. Not as speedy as I would like it to be, but it does what it is supposed to. Used the Apricorn kit to upgrade so it was quick, slick and painless. Installed and running in less than an hour. I think Intel and Crucial make solid, reliable SSD's and are worth the few extra bucks you pay for them.
