    Glad I did my homework before purchasing! I bought this TV 9 months ago and use it as both a TV and monitor (hook it up to my laptop via HDMI) and it does a wonderful job with both. Both HD and SD look great on this TV. I watch TV shows, sports, and movies, and I used to play WoW on it (that was awesome!). It performs exceptionally well for all of those tasks.     I bought this tv to replace the one in our bedroom (of course i did not want to buy the kids a new one so they could x-box it away!) and I was pleased at the quality, the ease of ordering [...] I will always shop JR for my electronics.. I bought a sony camcorder a few years ago and it was also a great buy..but I will be needing a new one since this weekend I got it stolen when i left it on a park bench..JR will be happy since now I need a new one!     I was very happy with the price paid £349 reduced from £529. However this is my first LCD TV being full HD I expected the picture quality to be better, in fact I think my old style big TV showed a better picture. Having said that the picture was ok. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. It only had one scart connection which I thought was odd as I can't plug in both DVD and Sky.     consumer reports ratings or high for this model and I all ready own a 47inch in my liveing room .easy to operate theris nothing that I do not like about this LG TV. the cost of power to run is cheaper to run than other models.
