   A ZERO STAR REVIEW IS MORE APPROPRIATE. A used product was shipped to me although it should have been new. Package label was blacked out with a marker. Someone had scribbled NOP (Non Operational) on package. When I plugged it in to USB Port of a PC and a MAC it did not register and the hard-drive was very noisy like it had problems with heads.
