   Add up the cost and the effort of the XF100, and you may soon be wondering if maybe just maybe a run-and-gun shooter ought to be more versatile, more effortless, even (yes) more mindless, more just point-it-and-shoot.    I am loving this camera. It has allowed me to compete with just about any other company out there. I am continually amazed with the picture quality and the ability to hot swap the compact flash cards. I highly recommend this camera to any one who is serious about great quality video.    This little camcorder will produce an impressive, beautiful picture in good light, ie. exterior locations, but inside, in regular house light, it gets very, very, noisy and the video just falls apart to the point of distraction. However, the features, controls, response, image stabilization, are outstanding. I've only shot one project with it and am very pleased with the results and the quality of this camera.
