   The Sony NEX-VG20 is a good update of the VG10 that's not too far from perfect. Image quality is excellent and sound has been upped to 5.1. Although the depth of field is no match for the Canon 5D/7D, the VG20 is a great stand-alone camcorder with autofocus, 50p video, a swivel screen and a viewfinder that can be angled.    This camera looks beefy. It's big and beautiful, but the performance is weak considering its bulk and cost. Low light performance is poor, something you'd not expect from a cam with such a big lens aperture ... I'd recommend something else for sure. Lue Lisää Translate to suomi

   Overall a beautiful camcorder with huge potential. Feels artificially crippled - like others have already described. I purchased two of these recently and am experiencing the same problem I experienced on the NEX-5n. The problem manifests itself as what looks like the colors in the picture are suddenly flipping between warmer to colder settings - as if the white balance shift was going crazy.    • Missing many settings and features that exist on NEX-5N,problem with white balance stability
